SOMERSET County Cricket Club will be hosting a special fundraising evening later next week to help raise money for those affected by the current situation in Ukraine.
The event will take place at the Cooper Associates County Ground on Friday March 18 and will begin with welcome drinks in the Long Room from 6:30pm.
This will be followed by a three-course dinner in the County Room.
The menu on the evening will be Ukrainian inspired and will feature dishes like Ukrainian Borscht for a starter, chicken Kyiv as a main and Ukrainian cherry tart for dessert.
In addition to this, there will be:
- A quiz,
- A magician,
- An auction,
- A DJ, and
- Live music and much more.
Tickets cost just £39 per person and all profits from the evening will go directly to the Ukrainian Red Cross Crisis Appeal.
