TWO golfers from Enmore Park Golf Club have been awarded accredited status with the PGA for the year ahead.

Enmore’s head professional Barry Forster and his assistant Harry Brown have worked hard for this accreditation and look forward to the opportunities that come with it in 2022.

Enmore Park golfers took part in a club Stableford on Sunday which was played in cold but dry conditions the was won by Fred Henderson who plays off a handicap of 11 with 38 points.

There was a three way tie on 37 points, but following count back it was Kevin Dee (13) who was second, Mark Chapman (13) claimed third while former Seniors Captain Steve Lukins (20) was fourth.

The Seniors Section played in a Turkey Trot on Tuesday at the of which it was Norman Webb, who plays off a handicap of 12 who was the winner with 41 points.

Two players returned with 39 points but after count back it was David Robbins (13) who edged into second place ahead of Glen Shedden (16).
