A CLASSIC and vintage vehicles road run took place on Saturday (September 18).
There were 58 vehicles at the event in Othery, with The Vehicle Stirring the Most Memories competition judged by Revered Kelvin Williams.
The cup was presented to Peter Grenter from Meare.
The cars and motorbikes then set off on a 48 mile run from Othery through Long Sutton, Martock, Crewkerne, Chard, Ilminster, Langport and back to Othery.
When they returned, guests enjoyed a hog roast.
The event was organised by St Michael’s Parochial Church Council (PCC) to raise funds for Othery Parish Church.
