A MAIN road in West Somerset is closed until Wednesday (August 11) for emergency work.
The B3191/Vicarage Road in Carhampton, near Minehead, has been closed since Thursday, August 5.
Wessex Water has closed the road due to 'emergency unplanned work'.
"Due to the nature of this work, we are unable to inform properties affected in advance and apologise for any inconvenience," said a spokesperson for Wessex Water.
They also said delays in the area are likely.
