MATTHEW Lee Patrick, 38, of Leighton Drive, Bridgwater, admitted failing to give a specimen of blood in connection with a suspected driving offence.

He was given a 30-month driving ban, along with a community order, a £461 fine, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ROBERT Francis Joseph Conway, 29, of Hardys Road, Bathpool, was fined £120 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting possessing cocaine.

A FINE of £80 was slapped on Luke Paul Diston, 26, of Blackdown Road, Rockwell Green after he pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was given a £34 victim surcharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.

CALLUM Patrick Moxey, 31, of no fixed address, admitted using abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Bridgwater on August 13 last year.

He received a community order and must pay £80 compensation.

BREACHING a domestic violence protection order landed Ben Justin Stewart, 36, of Eastleight Court, Taunton, with a £50 fine.

GRANT Burkett, 29, of Longmead End, Cheddar, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Cheddar on October 15 last year.

He was given 10 penalty points, fined £166 with £85 costs and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

He was given no separate penalty for possession of cannabis.

A DRINK driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel for 25 months.

Maddie Warburton, 21, of Somerset Road, Bridgwater, who admitted committing the offence in the town on March 6 this year, was also fined £500, with a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
