POLICE are trying to track down the person responsible for dumping a large amount of cable sleeve on an RSPB nature reserve.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police's rural affairs unit said the items were left at Grey Lakes on the Somerset Levels and Moors "in the last few days".
The site is on the A361 Taunton to Glastonbury road midway between Othery and Greinton.
The spokesperson said: "9This is a case of) tipping rubbish for others to clear at their expense.
"Let’s catch them and we can get their details to the local authority."
Anyone with any information should call police on 101 and quote reference AS-20210210-0357.
