SLIGHTLY warmer weather is headed for Somerset this week, with temperatures reaching up to 9 °C.
There will be bright spells in places, alongside cloudy weather and scattered showers.
On Monday, there will be heavy outbreaks of rain towards the evening, with coastal gales.
"It remains cloudy on Tuesday with outbreaks of rain at times," said a spokesperson for the Met Office.
"It will be cloudy with further patchy rain on Wednesday, and feeling mild.
"Yet drier on Thursday with sunny periods."
Next weekend, rain and strong winds are set to hit the South West.
