VOLUNTEERS and staff at Bridgwater Foodbank were given the opportunity to say their farewells to Keith Barnard ahead of his funeral today (Tuesday).
The hearse taking Keith Barnard's coffin to the funeral at Sedgemoor Crematorium stopped off at the foodbank in Mount Street this morning ahead of the service.
Staff and volunteers stopped work to pay tribute to Mr Barnard, who died at Musgrove Hospital last month aged 79.

Mr Barnard set up Bridgwater Foodbank in Northgate in early 2013 and it moved to a new premises in Mount Street four years later.
They broke into applause at one stage as the hearse left for the service, which was conducted under Covid-19 rules.
