THE landlord of a Bridgwater pub has tested positive for Covid-19.
The Craft union Pub Company, which owns The Old Market, in Penel Orileu, confirmed the 'operator' had tested positive and was self-isolating.
A spokesperson for the Old Market said: “We confirm the operator of the Old Market is self-isolating having tested positive for Covid-19.
"The operator and all team members have taken all the necessary precautions and are self-isolating.
"The bar has been deep cleaned and re-opened with a new team in place.
"All our Covid-secure measures remain in place to keep our staff and customers safe.”
