THERE'S been a new confirmed Covid-19 case in Somerset.
The latest case in the 24 hours to 5pm yesterday (Saturday) was recorded in Sedgemoor.
That makes it three consecutive days that someone has tested positive in the district.
There were no new cases in the other three districts in the county council area, according to figures from Public Health England.
Over the same period, there were no coronavirus linked deaths in the county.
The latest figures show:
121 confirmed cases in Mendip; 389 in Sedgemoor; 436 in Somerset West and Taunton; and 330 in South Somerset.
