A NEW Indian restaurant is set to open soon in a busy Taunton street.
Turmeric Kitchen @65 will serve up south Indian cuisine at its premises in Station Road.
There are already several eateries in the street.
Turmeric Kitchen @65 will be housed in the former Anise Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant, which closed at the end of last year.
Anise owner Richard closed the business after two years as the proprietor and sole chef to "get some time off".
He had been working "every day of the week, from dusk till dawn with no time off".
The opening date for the new restaurant has not yet been publicised - we will inform you as soon as we know.
