Confirmed coronavirus cases rise in every Somerset district
THE latest figures show that people are continuing to be infected with coronavirus in each district of Somerset.
Public Health England revealed yesterday that there have been a total of 618 confirmed Covid-19 cases in the area of Somerset covered by the county council.
Somerset West and Taunton - which covers the districts of Taunton Deane and West Somerset - has recorded 227 cases; there have been 169 in South Somerset; 162 in Sedgemoor; and 60 in Mendip.
