LAST night the village of Bawdrip near Bridgwater went above and beyond to pay tribute to NHS staff and key workers.
As residents headed out to their doorsteps to sound their appreciation at 8pm yesterday evening (Thursday, May 14), the local farmers toured the streets, decorated with NHS banners and beeping their horns.
Cllr Richard Culverhouse said: "This was much appreciated by everyone and a big thank is due to everyone who took part.
"It will soon be Thursday again so see you all again then."
