A YOUNG man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply and money laundering.
The suspect was stopped driving along Salmon Parade, Bridgwater, on Friday (April 3), at about 10.50am after his vehicle flagged on the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system.
When police approached the man he gave officers false details.
Officers then searched the vehicle and discovered suspected Class B drugs and cash,
A 26-year-old man was arrested and later released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
