CORONAVIRUS cases across Somerset have jumped up after a few days of slow increases.
The latest figures from the government (April 5) show there are now 99 cases across Somerset, jumping up from 76 the day before.
After two days of only an increase of 4, the 23 increase is more concerning for the county.

So far 13 people in Somerset have died, while the UK total is 4,934 deaths.
Total cases across the UK stands at 47,806.
