A FORMER Avon and Somerset Police officer had sex with a vulnerable member of the public while on duty, a misconduct hearing will be told.
Ex PC Edward Farrow is accused of having sex with the 'victim', who cannot be named, while on and off duty, in breach of the rules.
He now faces a hearing in private to protect the individual and another person he had an inappropriate relationship with.
The hearing will take place in private on Thursday (March 26) to protect the two individuals' welfare.
The full list of complaints against Farrow is:
*disclosing confidential information about police investigations, including a murder probe and the arrest of a suspect;
*failing to disclose one of his inappropriate sexual relationships when he had already disclosed another inappropriate relationship;
*failing to take appropriate action in response to an allegation of domestic abuse;
*inappropriately demonstrating the use of a Taser.
