THERE is still time to get tickets for Bridgwater Pantomime Society's production of Jack and the Beanstalk at Bridgwater Town Hall.

The evening is full of family fun with the talented cast providing laughs for children, parents and grandparents.

Bridgwater's star singer Jordan Hill plays Jack with wide-eyed enthusiasm, while there is excellent comedy provided by Kevin Cripwell as Simple Simon, and pantomime stalwart Keith Robinson is superb as Dame Stoneybroke.

Kimberley Priddle shows her vocal talents as Jill, while Lindsay Stone and Richard J Porter also shine in supporting roles as Fanny the Fairy and the villainous Barrington Black respectively.

The main cast are also well supported on the stage by the dancers and singers of all ages.

The Pantomime Society has also excelled themselves this year with their visual effects, with a climbable beanstalk and a formidable Giant Blunderbore (played by John Hancock), as well as a cuddly Daisy the Cow and beautifully painted scenery.

There are shows on Tuesday, January 28 at 6.45pm, then at 7.15pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, finishing with two performances on Saturday, February 1, a matinee at noon and an evening performance at 6pm.
