Justin Carl Donaghue, 35, of Silvermead Court, Alcombe, Minehead, drink driving, driving while disqualified, community order, 13 weeks curfew, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, 45 months driving ban; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. (G).
Gary Roy Horton, 40, of Mount Street, Taunton, theft, joint theft, one other offence admitted and taken into consideration, breached a conditional discharge imposed for theft, community order, £155 compensation. (G).
Asa Jarman, 43, of Long Street, Williton, drink driving, 12 weeks prison suspended for one year, £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs, five years driving ban. (G).
James Allen Kimber, 24, of Quantock Road, Taunton, driving while disqualified, 12 weeks prison suspended for one year, 22 months driving ban; while driving failed to stop when required to do so by a police constable, driving without insurance, no separate penalty; driving without due care and attention, £85 fine. Michael Robert Christian Khan-Davis, 30, of no fixed address, breached the supervision requirements after being released from prison, 14 days prison. (G).
Sam Charles Sorby, 31, of William Street, Taunton, in charge of a vehicle while over the drink drive limit, £333 fine, £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, six months driving ban. (G).
Jessica Ann Harding, 32, of Crossway, Taunton, drink driving, £120 fine, £32 victim surcharge, £45 costs, 12 months driving ban. (G).
