A TRADITIONAL pantomime with an unusual twist is taking place at Nether Stowey village hall this weekend thanks to The Quantock Players.

Ali Baba and the Four Tea Leaves is pantomime with a difference, in comparison to the usual Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.

There will be sacks full of tea during The Quantock Players 34th pantomime, and of course Alcazar will be trying to steal them with the help of three helpers.

Also including a poisoned apple and a happy marriage - well, you will have to see the show to find out.

The script is by Lee Baddock and Chris Kirby, provided by Lazy Bee Scripts.

Ali Baba and the Four Tea Leaves will be at Nether Stowey Village Hall on Wednesday, November 27 at 7:30pm and on Saturday, November 30 at 2:30pm.

Tickets cost £6. To book call 01278 733197.
