Chay Bignell, 26, of Wellesley Hospital, Westpark, Chelston, Wellington, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour that was racially aggravated, £250 fine, £80 compensation. (G).
Deborah Michelle Green, 50, of Bridge Street, Williton, three counts of joint theft, to counts of assault by beating, community order, £275 compensation, £85 victim surcharge. (G).
Spencer With, 47, of Peacocks Cottages, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, £600 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, six months driving ban Aton Alin Flamand, 38, of no fixed address, joint theft, two years conditional discharge, £21 victim surcharge. (G).
