INCIDENT: The road was left closed in both directions
A CAR crash on a busy main route in North Petherton has been causing delays for motorists this evening (Tuesday, October 22).
Emergency services closed the A38 Fore Street in North Petherton while the incident was dealt with.
The road was closed in both directions near Watery Lane but emergency services are working to clear the incident.
There have been reports of slow traffic in the surrounding area.
As of 7pm, the road has now re-opened and is moving smoothly.
