SCORES of residents filled Highbridge Recreation Ground to enjoy a free afternoon of live music.
On Sunday (August 4) bands from across Somerset performed for crowds who enjoyed real ales, cider and ice creams in the sunshine.
Mike Murphy, organiser of the event, said it was a big success.
He said: “This year we had some great bands perform at Music at the Rec including Three Hard Boiled Eggs, Keith O’Connell, The Lampelleys, Rouge and The Railways Sleepers.
“We have been putting on more in Burnham and Highbridge and they have been getting bigger every year. This year’s event was a great success.”
