AN outdoor summer festival is coming to Bridgwater this July.
The third Bridgwater Quayside Festival will be on July 20 and will run from 11am until 5pm.
It will celebrate Bridgwater and Sedgemoor’s diverse and creative cultures with an array of live music, arts and performances in the centre of the town showcasing both local talent and national artists and with activities for all the family.
This year there are ten venues and sites across the centre of Bridgwater-Blake Garden, West Quay, Fore Street/Blakes Statue, King Square, East Over/New Road, Bridgwater Arts Centre, Blake Museum, Bridgwater Library and the Engine Room.
There will be over a hundred artists - performers, musicians, dancers and aerialists, circus artists, tight rope walkers, comedians and walkabout and statue acts.
The festival is supported by Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater Town Council and the Arts Council of England.
