PUPILS at Somerset Bridge Primary have taken part in a special bake-off event, organised by the children themselves.
"We wanted to celebrate baking at school, as itβs something a lot of us love to do," said Casey, one of the eight Year 6 Ambassadors who organised the event.
Fellow pupil Liberty added: "So we asked the teachers if we could organise a school bake-off and they helped us to make it happen."
The children baked at home for the first round and brought their cakes into school for judging by the class teachers and their classmates.
The semi-finalists baked again in school and a guest judge β Dusica from Dusicakes in Highbridge β chose the winners.
