“Whittling down the list to the final five was extremely difficult, but we think we have a really eclectic, vibrant line-up that is sure to rattle the musical bones of everyone who comes along to watch.

“Make sure you don’t miss out on some amazing music - and it’s all free.”

The winners of the competition will not only be crowned our Battle of the Bands winner for 2019, but will also waltz off with a two-day recording session at the Muddy Road Studios, overseen by producer extraordinaire, James Willment.

James, alongside Paul, will judge the acts on the day - with input from the audience no doubt.

As well as the competition final, the Somerset Show will feature of raft of free entertainment for all the family, from falconry and classic cars, to stalls and food and drink.
