PERSIMMON Homes has this week submitted plans for 26 new homes to be built in the village of Chilton Polden.
The developers put in application for 26 new homes as well as supporting infrastructure, enabling works, public open space, landscaping and drainage works on land adjacent to Hayne Walk.
The 0.75 hectare site is owned by Persimmon and is currently grassland.
In the proposals Persimmon say they have submitted the plan following extensive technical assessments including consultation with the local planning and highways authorities as well as Chilton Polden Parish Council and the local community.
