TICKETS have now been released for an exciting triple bill concert of works by Brahms in Bridgwater next month.

Bridgwater Choral Society will present of evening of culture, performing Brahms' German Requiem his less familiar Song of Destiny, and soloist Thomas Humphries will sing Lieder by Brahms accompanied on the piano by Raya Kostova.

Thomas will be the baritone soloist for the Requiem, coming fresh from a performance of this work with the London Concert Choir at the Barbican.

Meanwhile Charlotte Newstead will be the soprano soloist.

Iain Cooper will conduct and Brigid Kirkland-Wilson will lead the orchestra.

The concert takes place at St Mary's Church in Bridgwater on Saturday, May 11.
