YOUNGSTERS at Haygrove School were delighting audiences 10 years ago.
Year 9, 10 and 11 students at Haygrove School were performing their production of Bugsy Malone.
Audiences were wowed by the art deco-style production, which took them back to 1920s New York.
The story tells of the rivalry between two gangs in New York and how they gradually wipe out all the members of the gangs and it also looked at a rising star wanting to go to Hollywood ... but she needs the help of Bugsy.
A review in the Mercury said the show was "very much a team effort and everyone involved is to be congratulated".
