ENTHUSIASTIC: Villagers from Moorland and Fordgate picture outside the Village Hall after collecting 19 bags of rubbish during the annual spring clean event organised by the local garden club
MORE than 25 villagers joined in with the annual spring clean of Moorland and Fordgate on Saturday.
The event was organised by the Moor Garden Club, and supported by the Clean Surroundings team from Sedgemoor District Council as a contribution to the Great British Spring Clean.
The enthusiastic team of collectors gathered 19 bags full of rubbish as well as a selection of tyres and other large items.
