CUSTOMERS at a Bridgwater bank got a wild west welcome during a charity fundraiser.
Staff at NatWest Bank were taking part in a fancy dress day for Red Nose Day in 1999, welcoming visitors as cowgirls and Native Americans.
And fines for not wearing their uniforms, combined with donations from customers, added £96 to the fundraising total on the day.
Around the town, dozens of schools, businesses and others joined in the fun, including at the Inland Revenue, the Trustees Savings Bank and at Ambersil.
