NASHVILLE starlet Sarah Darling swung by the Sedgemoor FM studio this week to perform two songs from her new album.
The 36-year-old country singer-songwriter is about to embark on a tour of the UK and Germany and joined Sedgemoor FM breakfast show DJ Dave Englefield for a catch up and special acoustic performance.
Over her career Sarah has released several albums and accumulated more than 500,000 downloads worldwide.
She has also performed on The Conan O'Brien Show as well as opening for acts such as Carrie Underwood and Kacey Musgraves.
Sarah, who describes her sound as 'Dream Country' is about to release her fifth studio album, Wonderland.
She performed two tracks during her visit to Bridgwater, lead single of the new album 'Call Me', and one of her favourite tracks from the LP, 'Fire'.
Her tour will see her perform at the huge C2C: Country to Country festivals in Berlin and London; and for local fans, your best chance to catch her will be at The Fleece in Bristol where she will play on Monday, March 18.
