SOMERSET is set for a cloudy but dry day, with spots of rain set to hold off until at least tomorrow.
In its South West summary, Met Office said: "After a chilly but sunny start, cloud will roll in from the west into the afternoon. By the evening a few spots of rain will arrive, but for most it will stay dry."
The maximum temperature is set to reach 11C, before falling to a minimum of 8C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "Wednesday morning will be bright, however the skies will cloud over by the afternoon. Spots of rain are possible, and it will be breezy."
The temperature is again set to peak at 11C.
Overcast but dry conditions are set to persist through the rest of the week, before the sun will come out on Saturday.
Met Office added: "Predominantly settled conditions will become increasingly dominant into the weekend, with bright or sunny weather. It will also become mild or very mild in places."
