A PUPPY farm survivor dog who had to have both of his eyes removed has found his forever home.

Tim the dog was brought to St Giles Animal Rescue, in Wrantage, during the summer.

The influx followed the announcement of new laws which would ban the third party sale of dogs.

Tim was brought it alongside 60 others during the warmer months.

A spokesman for the rescue centre said: "Unfortunately Tim had to have one of his eyes removed not long after arriving with us, and very sadly recently, he had to have his other eye removed.

"Things are not all doom and gloom for Tim though, after some time in foster care, we are thrilled to announce that he has now found his forever home with the kindest lady ever."
