WEATHER: The weather warning is in place from 4pm Saturday through to 7am on Sunday
THE Met Office has issued a weather warning with strong winds set to hit Somerset overnight.
The yellow weather warning for wind is in place from 4pm today (Saturday, December 8) to 7am tomorrow morning (Sunday, December 9).
The weather this afternoon is set to be filled with showers, some heavy and perhaps thundery, accompanied by a strong westerly wind.
Tonight will remain very blustery with further showers, with strong to gale force westerly winds at times.
Temperatures will be stay at around 10C.
