A MAN accused of an offence of drug dealing in Crewkerne has been ordered to stand trial at Taunton Crown Court.
Arkaviusz Saczawa, 24, of Queensway Court, Yeovil, appeared before Somerset Magistrates charged with the offence which is alleged to have taken place on February 27.
He pleaded not guilty to offering to supply a quantity of amphetamine (class B) to other persons at Crewkerne.
The magistrates said the alleged offence was so serious that the defendant must stand trial at the crown court.
They adjourned proceedings until November 19 when Saczawa must attend a pre trial hearing at Taunton.
In the meantime he was released on unconditional bail.
