BRIDGWATER Wolves are the early leaders of the Somerset Under-18 league South Division, cementing their place with a thumping 8-0 win over Tone Youth on Sunday.

Kyle Winter led the way for the Wolves with a hat-trick, with Brooklyn Cooper (2), Tyler Lane, Kyle Lazowski and Jacob Mead completing the scoring.

Wolves have won each of their opening four matches this season, while Tone remain without a point after five.

The two sides are back in action on November 4 - Tone travel to Falcons while the Wolves are at Isle of Wedmore.
