CALL OUT: Crews were called to St John Street yesterday evening
BRIDGWATER firefighters were called out after a fire broke out in a property in St John Street in Bridgwater yesterday evening (Tuesday, June 12).
Smoke and flames were already issuing from the property by the time the crews arrived at around 5.45pm.
The team immediately got to work with six breathing apparatus, a positive pressure ventilation fan and two jets, and managed to extinguish the blaze.
Once the area was made safe the incident was handed over to the landlord.
