CRASH: The car was found on its side
FIREFIGHTERS helped release a man trapped in his car which had landed on its side after a crash near Bridgwater.
Crews from Bridgwater and Burnham were called out to Chilton Polden Hill, Chilton Polden at 2.39pm yesterday afternoon (Saturday, May 12).
On arrival the crew found the car on its side and managed to stabilise it before using small tools to extricate the casualty from the vehicle.
