FIREFIGHTERS were called to a property in North Petherton after reports of a kitchen fire.
Bridgwater fire crews were called at 8.37pm on May 18 to assist with a kitchen hob fire at a property on Farringdon Lane.
On arrival firefighters confirmed a small hob fire was out.
Firefighters isolated electrics and used a positive pressure ventilation fan to remove smoke residue.
Crews also fitted smoke detectors to the property and gave safety advice.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
