OTHERY is holding its third annual Mouse Races Evening in the Village Hall.
St Michael's Church warden Mervyn Winslade said: "This is our third year of holding this event and great fun has been had watching the races of live mice running (or creeping) along their own separate lanes to and over the finishing line."
The event takes place on Saturday, April 1, with all money raised going to support St Michael's Church in Othery.
Families are welcome and admission is free, hot supper and full bar purchases will be available from 6.30pm with 'owner' auctions, betting and racing starting at 7pm.
