M5 J25: moving but queues build up at around 8.15-9.15am on the motorway backing up for up to 2 miles.
M5 Taunton: long queues at the Creech Castle lights at rush hour – from J25 and Henlade village.
M5 J22 Brent Knoll. Edithmead roundabout: queues backing up in all directions.
M5 J23 Dunball. Traffic building up on the A38 into Bridgwater.
M5 J24 Huntworth. Roadworks have begun.
M5 J28 Cullompton: one lane closed southbound A358: very slow between Henlade and Ilminster Mark Causeway to close soon for sewage works. Check with Wessex Water.
Taunton: Silk Mills Lane is moderate to heavy with traffic.
Very slow at the M5/M4 junctions.
Trains: Engineering work is taking place over some parts of the Great Western Railway network with the following trains amended: Monday to Wednesday The 23:20 Bristol Temple Meads to Frome will be diverted and not call at Keynsham, Oldfield Park, Freshford and Avoncliff.
Monday to Thursday The 23:36 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa will be diverted and not call at Kemble, Stroud and Stonehouse. A replacement bus will run between Swindon and Cheltenham Spa calling at all stations.
The 22:15 London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads and 23:30 London Paddington to Cardiff Central will not call at Chippenham and Bath Spa. A replacement bus will run between Swindon and Bristol Temple Meads calling at Chippenham and Bath Spa.
Friday The 22:27 and 23:33 London Paddington to Oxford and also the 23:45 Banbury to London Paddington will not call at Pangbourne. Passengers to / from Pangbourne should travel via Tilehurst on connecting buses.
The 23:30 London Paddington to Cardiff Central will be replaced by buses between Bristol Temple Meads and Cardiff Central.
Airport: Small number of cancellations and delays at Bristol Airport due to fog affecting Dublin and Brussels flights
