THE Christmas jumpers were out in force at Haygrove School when it held a non-uniform day at the end of the Christmas term.
Students took part in the fundraiser with the bravest donning their favourite (and brightest) Christmas knit in support of the Taunton Association for the Homeless Christmas ‘wear a Christmas woolly’ campaign.
The homeless charity was suggested by Year 10 student, Tobias Loraine who is part of the school’s fundraising committee.
Just over £750 was raised in total with just over £500.00 going to the TAH and the remainder to Prostate Cancer UK.
