FIFTEEN year nine students from Robert Blake Science College took part in a local democracy day, at Bridgwater and Albion Rugby Club.
They had the opportunity to take part in workshops on the topics of budget consultation, sustainable transport and urban regeneration, including the chance to have their say on future plans for the development of Bridgwater town centre.
They also had a chance to speak with local councillors, during a series of 'speed dating' style three minute interactions.
