It’s been an interesting year in the glitzy world of tinsel town and here are a few celebs we think may be on Santa’s radar…
1. Justin Bieber
From dangerous driving and punching the paparazzi to abandoning his pet monkey, the 20-year-old pop star is probably right at the top of the naughty list.
Plus, Santa’s still bemused about THAT bust-up with Miranda Kerr’s ex Orlando Bloom and Justin’s attempt to humiliate Orlando even further by posting images of him crying on social media.
2. Robin Thicke
Blurred Lines singer Robin Thicke recently admitted he lied about his involvement in the song-writing process of the hit number.
“I tried to take credit for it later because [Pharrell Williams] wrote the whole thing pretty much by himself and I was envious of that,” said the 37-year-old soul singer.
With his wandering eye playing a huge factor in his split from wife of nine years Paula Patton, Robin might need to work hard to be on Santa’s nice list.
3. Kanye West
The rapper is often known to take a break from his live performances to rant about everything from the paparazzi to fashion and consumerism.
When comedian Jay Pharaoh did a comic impersonation of him, the rapper went into another epic rant during a live show. “So we ain’t gonna have no black comedians going on-stage spoofing the people that’s working hard,” a wounded Kanye told his fans.
However, we didn’t see any of that sensitive side of the 37-year-old music mogul when he put a stop to his Australian show because two audience members didn’t stand up for him, because they were disabled. Tut tut!
4. Kim Kardashian
Wife and mother of Kanye’s daughter North doesn’t go on public rants.
However, she does love to bare her world-famous derrière to the world and constantly bombards Instagram with “sexy” selfies.
But we don’t think Santa was particularly happy when Kim went on a mission to break the internet by posing naked on the cover of Paper Magazine. So naughty!
5. Solange Knowles
Beyonce’s younger sister shocked the world when footage emerged showing her wildly hitting and kicking brother-in-law rapper Jay Z in a lift at New York City’s Standard Hotel after the Met Gala.
While everyone involved has maintained a dignified silence about the infamous incident, Solange spoke about it afterwards telling Lucky Mag: “What’s important is that my family and I are all good.
“What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that.”
6. Jeremy Clarkson
Jeremy Clarkson was accused of “casual racism” earlier this year during the Burma special of Top Gear when he said “that’s a proud moment but there’s a slope on it” while walking across a bridge. This was considered offensive by some who considered it as a sneaky wordplay on the word “slope”.
While investigations didn’t rule this as offensive, Jeremy’s past actions (when he allegedly uttered the N-word, joked about lorry drivers murdering prostitutes and offended Indians by building a toilet in a Jaguar, saying everyone who visits the country suffers from diarrhoea) have been an unending PR nightmare.
And the fact that Top Gear used a Porsche with licence plate “H982 FKL” for their show in Argentina didn’t earn the 54-year-old any brownie points either.
7. James Franco
Remember when the 35-year-old actor got into hot water for sending flirty text messages to a Scottish teenager?
When 17-year-old Lucy Clode’s online chat with the actor was mysteriously published online, eyebrows were raised and questions asked.
Chat-up lines included ‘What’s the hotel?’ and ‘Should I rent a room’?
James later admitted it was true during an interview with Howard Stern saying: “I was a gentleman, I said, ‘Do you have a boyfriend?,’ and her response was, ‘Not when you’re around’. So that to me sounds like, OK, she’s interested.”
Oh well, that’s alright then.
8. Anton du Beke
He’s always Mr Nice, but after being voted off Strictly Come Dancing, the professional dancer allegedly called Judy Murray’s dancing “s***” at the Nordoff Robbins charity boxing match event at London’s Hilton where he was the master of ceremonies.
According to the Mail Online, he said: “She was s***. Why couldn’t they have given me Pixie Lott?”
Ouch that’s harsh! Considering that Judy only had nice words to say about Anton before they left. “I was starting to think I was absolutely hopeless but I know I am still not very good!” she told everyone on the show. “Anton has treated everything with the most incredible sense of humour.”
We are thinking celebs may not be too keen to partner with the 48-year-old on Strictly next year!
9. Rihanna
In April, the R&B superstar posted a few topless photos from a provocative cover shoot for French magazine Lui.
The explicit photos appeared to be in direct conflict with Instagram’s terms of use regarding nude pictures, so the singer’s account was (accidentally) offline for a few days.
“We briefly disabled the account by mistake and restored it quickly,” an Instagram rep told MailOnline about the incident, but you’ve gotta wonder…
10. Miley Cyrus
From twerking on a Mexican flag during a show in Monterrey, to poking fun at Katy Perry’s ex John Mayer and beyond raunchy antics on stage, Santa’s probably keeping an eye on the pop star.
In fact, the 22-year-old Wrecking Ball singer has been banned from performing in the Dominican Republic over fears her saucy stage presence could corrupt young fans.
The Dominican Republic government commission said in its statement that it took the action because Cyrus often “undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law.”
We can safely presume Santa only likes law-abiding people on his “nice” list.
11. Madonna
First there was THAT picture of Madonna’s 13-year-old son Rocco holding a gin bottle on Instagram this year.
And then more recently, the 56-year-old singer went on to pose topless for Interview magazine – which Rocco was allegedly embarrassed about.
A source told Female First: “Rocco is mortified that his mum is still doing topless photo shoots.”
If Santa listens to children’s wishes, then probably you should too, Madge…
