DESCRIPTION

The structure is timber with internal kick boards and a corrugated onduline roof. There is a concrete floor which extends to an apron to the front of the stables, which is enclosed by post and rail fencing.

The land is presently divided by post and rail fencing into three paddocks, which are sloping and are suitable for grazing and mowing.
