From the A361 (North Devon Link Road) at Moortown Cross take the exit signposted towards Rose Ash, Ash Mill and Bishops Nympton and follow the road around to the right.

After approximately 800 yards turn left at Beaples Moor Cross signposted towards Meshaw and Witheridge. Continue to the next crossroads (Batsworthy Cross) and proceed straight across towards Meshaw and Witheridge.

After approximately 1.6 miles, at Venhay Cross turn right towards Bishops Nympton, continue for 900 yards and at Catkill Cross turn left towards Bishops Nympton. Follow this road for 700 yards and Bigbrook Barns will be found on the left.
