Somerset County Council A358 llminster Road, Hatch Beauchamp, (Taunton Deane) (Temporary prohibition of vehicles) (Night Closures) Order 2019 Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and after giving notice to the Chief Officer of Police, hereby makes the following Order: -
This Order will come into operation on the 31 st day of January 2019 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The effect of which will be to introduce a Temporary Prohibition of vehicles in the road specified in the schedule to this Order. The restrictions will apply when indicated by traffic signs. The works are expected to start on the 4th day of February 2019 for a period of 2 weeks between the hours of 19:00-06:00

Statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order
a) Because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; or
b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
