Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No: 36/18/00009: 12 St Mary Street, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1LJ. Erection of two storey extension to outbuilding to provide garage parking at ground & storage at first floor. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application).
Application No: 42/18/00016: Land North West of Dunball Roundabout West of, Bristol Road, Dunball, Bridgwater. Hybrid (full & outline) application for the erection of a petrol filling station, formation of access, ancillary roads & drainage. Outline application with all matters reserved for Use Class B2 development. This proposal is a major development.
Application No: 08/18/00113: Land adjacent to, Queensbury Products, Brue Avenue, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6. Change of use & alterations to form site for the storage & distribution of utility poles. Erection of 1.8m high concrete panel fence along the southern boundary & planting of native woodland trees inside the fence on existing embankment. This development may affect a public right of way.
