Copies are available for inspection on the Sedgemoor's Website-www.sedgemoor.gov.uk/planning, or at the address below during office hours until 10/04/2018. 23 Church Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater, TA7 0NZApplication No: 34/18/00004 Erection of a 2 storey extension to side (SW) elevation & a single storey extension to front (SE) elevation. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way (Householder application). 20 Church Road, East Huntspill, Highbridge, TA9 3PQ Application No: 25/18/00008 Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission 25/17/00023 (Approval of reserved matters for the erection of 4 dwellings) to amend the approved drawings. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Former Bridgwater Cattle Market, Bath Road, Bridgwater Application No: 08/18/00048 Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/16/00165 (Variation of condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/13/163 to update Schedule A with revised plans to reflect the reduction in dwelling from 200 to 159 & reduction of car parking spaces by 40) to amend the approved site plan & house types. This proposal is a major development.
