PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Sedgemoor District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 29th January 2018. Applicant: Motor Fuel Ltd. Address of premises: Convenience Store, Sedgemoor Service Station, Bath Road, Bridgewater TA6 4TS. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the
hours for the sale ofalcohol and add the provision of late night refreshment. Proposed days and hours oflicensable activity: Every day. Alcohol sales 00.00 to 24.00.
